About SIVA Trust
Service Initiative for Voluntary Action Trust has served communities since 1994 — empowering rural and tribal populations through sustainable development, women empowerment, child protection and education.
Under the leadership of Managing Trustee Mr. Subramania Siva, the organisation has expanded its impact across Tamil Nadu — supporting tribal land rights, SHG women, organic producers and social-welfare programmes.

As Managing Trustee, Mr. Subramania Siva guides the vision and direction of SIVA Trust, carrying forward the mission it has pursued since 1994 — the sustainable development of rural and tribal communities across Tamil Nadu.
His leadership has been central to the Trust's expansion, with a sustained focus on securing tribal land rights, strengthening Self-Help Group (SHG) women, supporting organic producers, and advancing child protection, education and social-welfare programmes. Aadhi Shakthi 2026 is the fullest expression of that vision — a platform where culture, enterprise and community empowerment meet on one stage.
